My Acid Alkaline Test

I read about the acid-alkaline theory and decided to test it to see if it was true.
Well apparently it is true.

As you can see from the picture of test strips there is a quick difference in about one day when switching from an acid diet to an alkaline diet.

The first strip was after eating a grapefruit on an empty stomach in the morning and then taking a 2 hour nap. After two hours the PH test shows a very dark green color.
Then I had some beer and cheese sandwiches because I had to finish what was already in the refrigerator...!
The test strips show a consistent yellow acid color during that time.
Then overnight I had a salad snack around midnight and a grapefruit in the morning. The color changed to a dark green by the afternoon.

The color shows how the PH of the urine is changed after eating grapefruit and salads.

It goes from yellow to green almost overnight. Yellow means acid and green means more alkaline.
