"Let food be thy medicine" ~ Hippocrates

Garlic, Ginger, Lemon, Apple Cider Vinegar.

Just the 3 ingredients Garlic, Ginger, Lemon and water is said to be an old drug made in Germany.

These can be combined in various proportions according to taste. Preferably they should be blended raw in a blender or put through a juicer.
Some people prefer to boil the blended mix in water and let it cool down for a while but that reduces the potency of the drink.

You can also mix these with other ingredients like Jalapeno peppers, tomatoes and nuts like cashews and sunflower seeds to make a hot spicy salad dressing.
Adding Apple juice and/or Carrot juice will sweeten it.
Some people add Honey for sweetening but to be truly a Vegan drink you should use another natural sweetener like apple juice.
